NCISL 2009/2010 Annual General Meeting

This is the advance notice of the NCISL Annual General Meeting.
 
Date: Tuesday February 23, 2010
Time: 7pm (signin will start at 6:30pm)
Location: St Anthony’s Soccer Club
               523 St Anthony's Street, upper hall to the left
 
Each club is required to send at least one representative to the meeting, either in person or by proxy.  Clubs with multiple teams need only send one representative.  If more than one representative is present, only one representative will be identified for voting on NCISL decisions.  Note, a club with no representation at the meeting will be fined $100.
 
A proxyholder must by a member of the NCISL but is not limited to a member of the club under representation.  The NCISL must be notified 24 hours in advance of the meeting of the intent of a club to be represented by proxy who is not a current member of the club.  Please send your intent to admin@ncisl.com.
 
The documentation for the AGM will be available on the NCISL website 48 hours prior to the meeting.
