NCISL 2010/2011 Annual General Meeting
Each club/team (this includes corporate teams, open teams as well as women's teams) is required to send at least one representative to the
meeting, either in person or by proxy. Clubs with multiple teams need
only send one representative. If more than one representative is
present, only one representative will be identified for voting on NCISL
decisions. Note, a club with no representation at the meeting will be fined $100.
A proxyholder must by a member of the NCISL but is not limited to a
member of the club under representation. The NCISL must be notified 24
hours in advance of the meeting of the intent of a club to be
represented by proxy who is not a current member of the club. Please
