NCISL announces the Team Referral Program for the 2020 season
The Board of Directors are pleased to announce the continuation of the NCISL Team Referral Program for the 2020 season, which can reward individuals currently participating in the NCISL with an honorarium for the successful addition of a new team into the league.

What is the NCISL Team Referral Program?
The NCISL Team Referral Program (TRP) is a program to reward our members with a $500 honorarium for a successful referral of a new team to the NCISL
Why was the TRP created?
The NCISL Board of Directors are keen to expand the number of teams playing in the league. The TRP is being offered as an incentive to the people currently participating in the NCISL to promote the organization to other soccer players in the region.
Who is eligible to participate in the TRP?
The TRP is open to the following people:
1. Any player who registered in the NCISL for the 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019 summer seasons
2. Any non-playing team manager or coach who registered in the NCISL for the 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019 summer seasons.
Are members of the NCISL Board of Directors or staff eligible for the TRP?
No
How does the TRP work?
If a new team is accepted into the NCISL for the 2019 season, they will be asked if anyone referred them to the league. The person identified will be eligible to receive the honorarium at the discretion of the NCISL Board of Directors. If more than one person is identified by the new team then the honorarium will be shared equally by those individuals.
How is the payment made?
The payment of the honorarium will be made in 2 installments.
The first installment of $250 will be paid in September 2020.
The second installment of $250 will be paid in July 2021 and only if the new team continues to play in the NCISL in the 2021 season.
What is the definition of a 'new team'?
A new team is one that didn't play in the NCISL in 2019 and has a roster of players that includes no more than 6 players who played in the NCISL in 2019.
