Message from the NCISL President

Hello NCISL players

I hope that you and your loved ones are well and coping as well as possible in these difficult times. 

I wanted to write to you today to keep you informed about how the NCISL Board of Directors are managing the organization through these difficult times. We are still planning for a regular season to start in mid-May however we don’t expect that scenario to play out. It is our current opinion that the best case scenario start date for the 2020 season would be early July. However, we must be prepared for all options including the worst case scenario of a cancellation of the season.

The Board of Directors has asked General Manager Dawn Dinsdale to prepare a plan for the various options for a shortened season. Vice President Kevin Crothers, who is also acting Treasurer, has been asked to work with our book keeper on the financial impact of each of these options.

For the foreseeable future the board of Directors will meet bi-weekly to review these plans and we will update you as the situation changes.

In the meantime, please continue to check the NCISL web site for announcements from Ontario Soccer. We will continue to post them as we receive them.
