2006 Application Form

The 2006 outdoor application form is now available.

To apply for a team position in the 2006 outdoor league please follow this process

1. Download the application form and after completing it email it to admin@ncisl.com

2. Then send a hard copy of the application form with your cheque to the NCISL to arrive by March 31st
