Special General Meeting

The NCISL will hold a Special General Meeting on Monday May 2nd at the Bell Sensplex.

The meeting will be held in the Roger Neillson Coaching Centre (upstairs) at 7pm.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows

1. Review 2004 financial report
2. Approve new constitution
3. Approve new bylaws
4. Elect 2005 board of directors

The new constitution and bylaws is required to meet new requirements from the Ontario Soccer Association.

Each NCISL club must send at least 1 member to the meeting.

The documents to review will be sent to the NCISL clubs prior to the meeting
