Rescheduled Game Policy
1. Games canceled due to reasons outside the control of either team
In these circumstances the NCISL will contact both teams to notify them that the game is to be rescheduled.
The home team will then be responsible for contacting the away team to agree on a new date for the game which must be within 21 days of the original date.
Once a new date is agreed the home team must inform the NCISL Director of Operations of the details at least 4 days before the new date.
The rescheduled game can be played on any day except Thursday as the NCISL does not have any spare fields on that day of the week
2. Requests for a reschedule
After the schedules have been published a team may request a reschedule with 14 days notice of a game by sending an email to the NCISL Director of Operations with full details of the reason for the request.
The NCISL Operating Committee will decide if the request is approved. If the request is not approved then the game must be played as scheduled.
